Returns and Refund Policy

At JDGAF, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to sort it quickly and fairly.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in original condition
  • free from damage, stains or strong odours
  • returned with original packaging where possible

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • personalised or custom items
  • gift cards
  • items damaged through normal wear or misuse

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received a faulty item, please contact us first and we’ll help arrange an exchange where possible.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a brief description
  • clear photos of the issue

We’ll work quickly to resolve it.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
